The villa is only 10 minutes from Linaria harbour and 30 minutes from Skyros airport, making it both secluded and easily accessible.

The fully fenced property offers a safe and private environment, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, ideal for those seeking privacy and nature. Enjoy the peace and natural beauty while relaxing by the private infinity pool, which is usable all year round. The swimming pool is heated, except from 20/06 to 15/09. In addition, there is an outdoor shower and a sun terrace for the ultimate outdoor experience.

The outdoor kitchen with BBQ and spacious terrace provide the perfect setting for cozy meals in the open air, while taking in the panoramic views of the sea and the countryside.

Apartment Alejandra: This large apartment offers space and comfort for 4 people. It has a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom.
Apartment Francesca: The apartment can accommodate 4 people and offers a kitchenette with a cozy dining area. The 2 bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The contemporary bathroom is spacious and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Studio Chris: The apartment itself is a cozy studio, furnished with all modern comforts and suitable for 3 people. From your big private terrace you can look out over the sea and the nature.
